From semiconductor equipment development, to experimental designs & studies, to device design, to research project lead. From academic to semi-industrial to industrial environment. Currently diving into the epitaxy knowledge base at the market leading manufacturer for nitride growth systems. And presently dealing with partners to coordinate research programs. My personal aim is to give people the possibility to thrive at what they do, to appraise and criticize their work, and to remove all stumbling blocks on their short-term and long-term way. Transparent communication is of utmost importance, because every one is capable to take responsibility and to contribute to a team's success when knowing the necessary information.
