I'm Hesham Ashraf, an Egyptian who graduated from the faculty of law and got a high diploma in international arbitration from Alexandria University- Started my professional career as a vodafoner in Egypt as a customer seevice and sales executive then became one of Samsung Egypt horses in same role also and all of this was before i decided take a risk and fly to Emirates looking for new challenge and work as customer service executive for complain team of health authority, then now i became one of American Hospital Dubai knights- I'm a friendly and professional customer service specialist with extensive experience resolving escalated customer complaints and issues. Strong interpersonal skills proven through customer satisfaction and peer recognition awards.
