Utilized various types and heavy weights of drilling fluids in appraisal, exploratory and development wells. Earned HTHP experience in the Mediterranean Sea (Egypt) and ERD experience in the Arabian Gulf (Qatar). Experienced various types of completion fluids in work-over and well testing operations. Provide technical assistance in office upon request. Effective communicator with proficiency of creating successful plans for handling large volumes in critical cement or displacement jobs. Design spacers and clean-out pills for completion fluids displacement jobs. Optimize inventory to maintain minimum stock required in tough conditions. Identify hazards at work site and provide corrective actions. Oil Field Experience: • Comply with safety & environmental regulations in all aspects of job performance. Ensure HSE awareness of company products and mixing procedures are cascaded down to all personnel involved. • Utilize knowledge of company products and services in conjunction with experience in drilling fluids technology. • Provide technical guidance required to achieve maximum drilling fluid performance in a cost-effective manner based on the results of routine and specialized API standard testing. • Perform HYD runs to company rep. to help improve drilling performance. • Evaluate SCE to help control LGS build-up & minimize costly dilution. • Ensure an adequate inventory of products is available at the rig site based on mud program & anticipated (hole & weather) conditions. • Experienced many lost circulations,(water, oil & gas) influxes,(mechanical and differential) stuck pipe,(pressurized & hydratable) reactive shales problems, low ECD margin profile and HPHT wells. • Experienced deviated, s-shaped and (short, medium & long radius) horizontal drilling. • Experienced Under Balance Drilling technique utilizing OBM of oil/water ratio: 90/10.
