As a Product Manager my approach is simple- Find a business that's trying to solve a global problem that I can connect with its mission and embody it- Find the part of that mission I can help and deliver- Find all existing customers and users who will need help- Revalidate and internalise the solution we're building and always put the users first and become their voice- Always challenge status-quo and be ready to pivot at every opportunity with the mission and users in mind. Has to be "First-Principles based" solutioning- Small incremental changes work when everything is OK but it's probably not the most impactful job you can do in that case- Data in your friend, learn to use it- Validate, Build, Launch, Measure, Review, Iterate-Personal Mission- I Want to leave mark on this earth with having improved someone’s or earths existence even at a minuscule level- This life and world is too precious to waste playing things safe so I want the biggest challenges possible.
