As 2016 begins, I'm feeling immensely proud to be at the helm of the family business. The sad passing of my father in 2014 brought with it many changes, and the last two years have been an incredible journey of growth for the SEC Battery Group. We've been through a major rebrand, completely reimagined the way we do business and so much more! By making partnerships a priority, we've opened up markets in Africa, The Middle East and Indonesia. And, this is only the beginning, there are countless opportunities ahead for growth. I'm pleased to say that after nearly forty years in the industry, SEC remains a leader as a 'technology nimble' battery company with cutting edge, uniquely developed design processes and components. This strength gives us the freedom to design and supply the best products to our partners, without the hefty costs. In this vein, we continue develop efficient and effective energy solutions for both our legacy customers' needs and the changing face of the energy storage market. In fact, in 2015, our in-house R&D team pulled out all the stops to create newer, better batteries, energy storage systems, and solar solutions.
