I am a dedicated Business Management student with a unique blend of experiences in the cannabis and gaming industries. My journey spans roles as a Budtender Auditor Poker Dealer and Games Supervisor each of which has honed my customer service skills attention to detail and understanding of industry-specific regulations. In the cannabis sector I have transformed customer experiences by providing comprehensive product knowledge and exceptional service. As an auditor I have ensured compliance and quality control conducting regular audits and implementing corrective actions. In the gaming industry I have created enjoyable experiences for participants while ensuring fair play. My role as a Games Supervisor at the Canadian National Exhibition allowed me to oversee game operations and handle conflict resolution and customer inquiries. As a Business Management student I am eager to apply my academic knowledge to real-world business challenges.
