Hello LinkedIn, From a young age, I was captivated by anything with mechanical motion and intricate design. What began with dismantling toys to understand how gears meshed and mechanisms worked has evolved into a career focused on engineering real-world solutions. The curiosity never left—only the machines got bigger, and the skillset deeper. Today, I’m a Mechanical Technologist with a multidisciplinary background in manufacturing systems, industrial automation, mechanical design, and process optimization. My role bridges hands-on technical execution with collaborative engineering, allowing me to contribute across the entire product lifecycle—from concept to commissioning. I specialize in tasks such as machine setup, PLC programming, system calibration, and workflow integration, while also supporting the design and modification of mechanical assemblies and automation systems. My involvement in new product introduction (NPI) includes transforming early-stage ideas into parametric 3D models, developing functional prototypes using additive manufacturing, and refining components to meet real-world application demands. I place a strong emphasis on continuous process improvement, applying tools such as Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, Kanban, and the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycle to strengthen process control, reduce inefficiencies, and drive sustainable improvements. I also integrate real-time data monitoring systems to support agile, evidence-based decision-making in production environments. Beyond Engineering: My passion for machines extends outside the workplace, particularly in automobiles and aviation. I enjoy working on small personal projects that keep my hands and mind engaged.
