About Hew Gibbs

Following completion of a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (UQ) in 2003, I was a practicing physiotherapist and a partner in PhysioChoice until February 2015. In this time the business grew from 5 practices, to 21 practices, and this growth alighted my passion for entrepreneurship. I entered the Dental space as a business owner in 2009, establishing a successful practice in Toorak. In 2013 I co-founded Core Dental Group, which quickly expanded to 7 locations across Melbourne. In 2014, I became a founding partner of Bulk Energy, where I now divide my time between sales and operations. Bulk Energy are an independent, Australian-owned energy broker with over MWh of annual consumption under management. Our services include procurement of Retail Contracts, Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), Progressive Purchasing Agreements, Spot Contracts, and wholesale hedges, and we are proud to manage the energy needs of several of Australia’s best-known businesses.
