About Heza Ramanda

Being graduated from a Law School from a highly respected university in Indonesia, has equipped me with various skills to compete with others. Personally, I am a confident and determined individual who believes in the ethos of excellence. During my time in the Universitas Gadjah Mada, I have interned in several Law Firms located in DKI Jakarta, namely the Butarbutar, Wirawan, Ghufroon and Sidabukke (BWGS Law Firm), and Jakarta International Law Office (JILO Law Firm). And now is currently active as Marketing and Legal Adviser for Estheauto.id Car Salon. During all of these experiences, I was expected to draft and advise various Procurement and Employment Contracts, participated in Due Dilligence, and draft a Legal Memorandum on the topics of Oil and Gas, Merger and Acquisition, Foreign Direct Investment, and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). These experiences as well, have acquired me not only to work with teams in a highly demanding, fast-paced situation and the ability to conduct a meticulous research but also the ability to convey complex legal ideas clearly. To live is to learn. Thus I am eager to learn more and with that, I seek any opportunities to learn and contribute to any industries available.
