Managed to lead the drilling operations on-site with 1500 HP rig to drill deep wells directionally. Workover operations are in-scope as well such as hydraulic workover unit rig operations, coiled tubing, P&A, ESP installation, fishing operations, packer equipment and others. Experienced, skill and knowledges in drilling engineering; handles any kind of AFE budget & cost estimate for drilling campaign with 10% variance from actual cost, include several drilling contract owners that manage more than $25 million contract value. Achievements: • New drilling milestone with fastest well drilled in Darajat field in the last 10 years by drilling ftMD depth in 18 days amid high drilling challenges such as abrasive and very hard formation, TLC and high temperature. • Successfully sidetracked a cased hole in one of the wells in the Darajat field, which has a very hard formation, called Microdiorite, with a Bingham UCS formation strength of 20-22K psi behind the casing • Successfully deliver the deepest geothermal drilling and achieved 54% cost saving from AFE (USD 7.46 MM) and 47% faster drilling days compare to AFE: 42 days VS 22 days. • Won the Star Energy Innovation 2023 – Real Case Improvement with title “Innovate on Purpose: Elimination of Remedial Cementing”. • Deliver geothermal drilling operations faster than plan and cost efficient for Star Energy since divestment from Chevron or from 2017. • Chevron Teladan Awards for several drilling-workover performance improvements in Sumatera & Geothermal Darajat Salak Operation for Chevron Pacific Indonesia & Chevron Geothermal Indonesia by conducting lean sigma for drilling – workover cost efficiency and safety initiatives.
