About Hiba Mameri

I have experience in backend development through my work at Coveo, where I was part of the Service and Connectivity team, responsible for integrating data from various sources into the Coveo platform. I developed enterprise connectors in C#, implementing new features, improving indexing and crawling logic, and ensuring the accuracy of crawled data. I also worked on enhancing API integrations, optimizing pagination, managing security provider configurations, and building functional, unit, and end-to-end (E2E) tests for connectors such as Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, Salesforce, and Khoros. At Retraite Québec, I contributed as an Analyst Programmer, applying my programming skills, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities to automate business processes using PowerApps and C#. I delivered solutions that automated pension benefit calculations, streamlined document management workflows, and enhanced the user experience of the online portal. In addition to my industry experience, I have worked as a Teacher Assistant for a computer science course at Université Laval, supporting the evaluation of exams and project papers. With a multicultural background and academic experience across institutions such as United Arab Emirates University and Gulf International Private Academy, I bring adaptability, technical rigor, and a global perspective. I am passionate about backend development, data integration, and artificial intelligence, with practical experience across technologies such as Java, C#, PowerApps, and C++.
