Background

About Hicham Khaled

I’m a finance and accounting professional with a strong foundation in statutory reporting, audit coordination, and financial analysis. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work across multiple teams, including cash, AP, payroll, and compliance which gave me a well-rounded understanding of end-to-end finance operations. That broad experience has been key to the work I do today in statutory reporting, variance analysis, and supporting global audit processes.I currently lead a team that ensures accurate and timely financial reporting while also serving as a key liaison to external auditors. I place a strong emphasis on collaboration, leadership, and accountability to build trust and deliver results across functions. With an MBA and a Harvard Business School Online Certificate in Business Analytics, I’m also passionate about continuous learning and applying technology to make finance smarter and more efficient. I’ve recently been exploring how AI and automation tools like Alteryx can streamline processes, improve accuracy, and reduce manual effort especially during the close and audit cycles.I’m always looking to connect with others who are passionate about the intersection of finance, technology, and innovation.
