About Hide Hirashima

For over two decades, I've worked at the intersection of technology and business — translating complex platforms into outcomes that customers can act on. Today, I lead Adobe's Technical Validation team for JAPAC, where my team and I deliver more than 200 Proof of Concepts, Custom Demos, and Hands-on Labs each year for enterprises across diverse markets. My focus is simple: make sure customers see, in their own context, how Adobe Experience Cloud will move their business forward. That means going deep on the platforms — Real-Time CDP, Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Analytics, Target, Audience Manager, and the Data Collection / Launch ecosystem — while staying close to the strategic conversations that drive purchasing decisions. I've spent 12+ years at Adobe in roles spanning Tokyo and Singapore, building and leading a team that has become the regional single point of contact for pre-sales technical validation. Before Adobe, I spent eight years at Infosys leading enterprise engagements across pharma, retail, automotive, and tech, including extended onsite leadership in Japan, the US, and the UK. What I bring to the work- Native-level bilingual fluency in English and Japanese, with the cross-cultural fluency that comes from leading distributed teams across JAPAC - Hands-on technical depth across the Adobe Experience Cloud stack - A track record of building enablement programs, including the Sales Velocity Learning Community, that scale knowledge across the wider field organization - A consistent ability to bridge technical and executive audiences in the same conversation I'm always open to connecting with peers in pre-sales, customer experience, and digital transformation across the region.
