About Hide Tsutsumi

I have 36 years of experience in enterprise systems architecture, development, and deployment. I began my career as a systems engineer at Canon in Japan, doing software/firmware development for their office computer, copier systems, and word processing/desktop publishing systems. Later, I started working with Canon USA on various enterprise systems like Wholesale, Warehouse Management System (WMS), Sales Promotion Management, Procurement, eCommerce/Internet, application, integration/workflow, and middleware systems. I also started designing, developing, and providing deployment solutions for part of the Contract Writing System of the U.S. Navy. For ATOM Precision of America, Inc. I helped to renew B2B, B2C sites. I'm very proud of the work we do at Avum and the global companies and people I'm fortunate to collaborate with every day — including our customers. I love listening to a wide range of music and play the guitar, cello, trumpet, and the lute, an ancient string instrument with a very beautiful sound which I built myself with the help of a professional luthier.
