My goal is to grow as a global HR leader who drives diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies while fostering organizational growth and creating meaningful impact in society. I began as a Systems Engineer at SoftBank, where I supported critical infrastructure and soon realized that beyond technology, it is people and culture that truly power progress. This insight led me to pivot my career towards human resources and organizational development. At Cisco Systems, I served as an Inclusion & Collaboration Program Manager, leading D&I initiatives, energizing employee resource communities, and designing CSR strategies that aligned corporate values with societal contribution. I built strong partnerships with NPOs and NGOs in Japan, turning social responsibility into actionable impact. Currently, at Salesforce, I am an Employee Success Operations Senior Specialist, managing over 150 global HR cases each month and driving operational excellence across our People Shared Services team. Recognized as an Agentblazer Champion and Innovator, I have led knowledge-sharing initiatives and process improvements to elevate team performance. As a community leader for APAC, I spearhead employee engagement programs and organize impactful VTO events that strengthen our organizational culture and social contribution.
