At Solasto (formerly Nihon Medical Service Center), I was responsible for planning and implementing employee training programs. At Staff Service, I worked as a sales representative, providing staffing and outsourcing solutions, and later served as a branch manager, leading teams and driving organizational growth. At Golf Partner, I contributed to store development and established a systematic revenue model. At Novartis Pharma K.K, I spent approximately 17 years leading the launches of nine products. I developed hospital strategies based on market analysis, built hospital-clinic collaboration models, and participated in organizational culture improvement projects. These efforts strengthened cross-functional collaboration, resolved market access challenges, and enhanced customer trust, ultimately contributing to sustainable growth and improved business performance. At Orphan Pacific, I served as Area Manager for Eastern Japan, overseeing sales in the rare disease field. In addition to driving market penetration, I also contributed to corporate value by engaging in the RareReach division’s activities, including promoting the company’s philosophy and participating in patient awareness initiatives such as Rare Disease Day. Currently at Ferring Pharmaceuticals K.K, I am Head of Specialty Medicine (Urology) for the Tokyo Metropolitan Area, where I lead sales strategy development and execution. In addition to driving product adoption and market expansion, I foster cross-functional collaboration and promote the company’s core values. As a Sustainability Ambassador, I actively contribute to embedding the principle of “People Come First” into daily business practices, aligning commercial success with organizational culture.
