A team leader, project lead and account oversight director; providing oversight, financial management and operational leadership for multiple large regulatory outsourcing projects and subject matter expertise to new client proposals, bid pursuits and developing new client partnerships. My current role includes: • Business development: Leads account planning for key clients, generates new or repeat business and delivers sales presentations during bid defense meetings and in other opportunities. • Consulting activities and Relationship management: Develops and implements business solutions addressing specific client needs using expertise, best practices and knowledge of the client’s business and key industry drivers, which results in clients expressing satisfaction with services provided and builds long term relationships with them. • Project execution: Monitors profitability of multiple programs through active involvement with project leads for the preparation of project plans and management of project budgets, capitalizes on opportunities and leverages information from previous projects or other client work, to improve project.
