About Hilary Bauman

Ever since my first business class in high school, I have been obsessed with learning as much as possible about the different factors needed to partake in a successful business. From developing and recruiting a team, to planning and organizing logistics, international business has been my passion for as long as I can remember. My goal is to help companies create, re-invent, and upcycle their businesses into the future. Not only am I keen on ensuring businesses are with current times, I also am devoted to working towards bringing the future to us. Currently, I am working at Oxford Learning Waterloo, teaching French and English. This opportunity continues to teach me the importance of team work and innovation. Throughout my time here, I have grown my skills in student management, problem solving, and in learning how to better educate. I am currently completing my Bachelor of Education at Nipissing University, pursuing Honors French and Business as my teachables. Throughout my time in school, I have developed my French language skills, and currently possess a level an C1 bi-lingual certification. I am able to confidently say that my two passions of language and business are able to complement each other through this program. In the future, I hope to use these communication skills to help motivate students.
