About Hilary Davey

My degree in BSc Human Biosciences from the University of Exeter, spans the subject areas of Sport and Exercise Sciences as well as Biology, inspiring a great interest in sports science at an applied level, whilst drawing on science of the human body at sub-cellular levels. My particular interest lies with health related fitness; independent research into interventions to overweight and obesity which I have conducted has further fuelled my desire to work with clinical populations to utilise physical activity for rehabilitative purposes. I am actively looking for graduate work opportunities or internship schemes within health and exercise, which will allow me to utilise my degree and applied qualifications, and further fuel my interest in the role nutrition and physical activity play on maintaining a healthy lifestyle. I am open to a wide range of options which may lead me towards a career in a health and exercise environment, and am eager to gain experience across all aspects of the career sector.
