About Hilary Walter

As Manager of Academic Programs, I expanded my role to assist in the management of additional fellowships and scholarly exchanges including: the ASU-LACMA Master's Fellowship in Art History program, LACMA's Emerging Art Professionals (LEAP) Fellowship; the Art Bridges Fellowships; the LACMA-Qatar Museum- Museum Professionals Program; and created an internal mentoring program for curatorial staff at the museum. National Fellowship Coordinator of the Andrew W. Mellon Undergraduate Curatorial Fellowship Program. The Program provides specialized training in the curatorial field to students across the United States from historically underrepresented groups, and is being implemented at six partnering institutions: the Art Institute of Chicago; the High Museum of Art, Atlanta; the Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA); the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston; the Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art, Kansas City; and the Philadelphia Museum of Art.
