Background
About Hilda Blom
Energetic, organized and driven leader, with background in production and logistics.15 years ago I started my journey as a manager with Ericssons trainee program for developing leaders. Currently I am managing a group who leads the supply of spare parts for Ericssons whole product portfolio.I want to learn, and have a sense for putting things together quickly. I am positive and pragmatic, I strive for developing myself and my operation. I am not afraid to question or take decisions to develop and reach our goals. I want to lead together with my staff since I believe that engaged and involved staff make a much greater work, and that is one ingredient both to reach goals and to increase profitability for the operation.
