As a dedicated healthcare and service business professional with a Master of Science in Technology, I bring a wealth of experience and expertise to the table. My background in Industrial Engineering and Management, with a major in Digital Service Engineering and a minor in Software Engineering, has provided me with a strong foundation in strategic business development, leadership and management, digitalization, change management and sustainable business development. In my last position as a Development Manager at Attendo, I was responsible for planning and executing projects such as knowledge management, customer feedback and piloting processes and took part in overall development creating cross-functional collaboration. I have a deep understanding of the healthcare industry and service business and excel at co-creation and increasing involvement to drive development. I believe that technology and digital solutions should be seen as tools that embrace human and social actions. My approach to digitalization is sociotechnical, ensuring that technology is used to enhance and improve people's lives. I have excellent communication skills and a natural ability to learn new concepts quickly and efficiently. My superpower is bringing people together and inspiring them to work towards a common goal. I am insightful, creative, and unafraid to try new solutions. I have deep insights into complex issues and understansig for others' needs. In addition to my professional experience, I am also an active council member in City of Lappeenranta, South Karelian Healthcare district and county of South Karelia.
