I'm currently working as an Engineer of Software Engineering for RXO, on the General Motors Customer Care & Aftersales account. In this position, I work on the Business Intelligence & Reporting team and am responsible for automating manual processes, creating new reports using several different software, and managing data flow. I also act as the liaison between One Network and General Motors; One Network being a major Supply Chain management innovation software.I graduated with my Associate of Applied Science degree in Software Development in April of 2015, and finished my Bachelor of Science in IT Project Management and Administration in 2017.
