The answer lies in my unwavering passion for service and problem-solving. This has always been my "why". As a Senior Sales Leader with over 9 years in the staffing industry and 7+ years of direct Workday Staffing expertise, I thrive on building meaningful relationships with clients and colleagues. Each day, I’m motivated by the knowledge that my team and I help make a significant impact—partnering with leading hospitals and healthcare systems across the U.S. to bring a brighter future to those in need. Since starting my Workday journey in 2017, I’ve worn many hats, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the staffing industry and the Workday ecosystem. My early experience in a full desk 360 model allowed me to navigate both the recruiting and sales cycles, which has proven invaluable in understanding client needs and the Workday product. Currently, I focus on business development within the Workday Healthcare/Industries space as the SVP of Workday Business Development. Some of my accomplishments include-7-time President’s Club achiever -Peer MVP recipient -Hall of Famer -A track record of generating over $2 million in annual revenue. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time at the gym, beach, hanging out with my dogs and husband, working in the garden, or whipping up something unique in the kitchen for friends and family. I’m proud to support various Workday industries as a dedicated Certified Workday Staffing and AMS Partner, including Healthcare, Life Sciences, Financial Services, Hospitality, Manufacturing, and more.
