He leads a five-person team of professionals as they strive to help Canadians to achieve growth and balance in their investments and to avoid "hot" sectors where the "fast money" crowd is focused. Hilliard is the author of the recently published book (2015 Dundurn),"When the Bubble Bursts: Surviving the Canadian Real Estate Crash," which describes imminent disruptive changes in Canadian housing and financial markets. His first book,"Investment Traps and How to Avoid Prentice Hall), predicted the dot-com stock bubble collapse and provided efficient and simple techniques to avoid similar traps.
