Greetings LinkedIn Community With close to 3 years immersed in the fast-paced world of Talent Acquisition and Recruitment, I've developed a strong foundation in sourcing strategies, candidate engagement, interview coordination, and collaborating effectively with hiring managers. My focus has been on efficiently finding and securing the right talent while maintaining process integrity.I am now proactively pivoting my career towards an HR Operations or HR Generalist position where I can leverage my coordination skills and process-oriented mindset. I am keen to contribute directly to key areas such as employee life cycle management, HR systems administration, compliance adherence, and overall operational efficiency within an HR department. My goal is to apply my existing HR knowledge in a broader capacity, supporting both the organisation and its employees. I am seeking an immediate opportunity to join a forward-thinking team and make a tangible impact. Please feel free to reach out to discuss how I can contribute.
