About Himani G.

My training and experiences include but are not limited to teacher education, education policy analysis and briefing, supporting neurodiversity in education, workshop facilitation, learning support, partnerships managemnet, portfolio management, public speaking and qualitative ethnographic research. Having worked with diverse range of organisations in the last ten years my deeper engagement with the social sector field stems from working with various NGOs, social enterprises, universities and schools in India and the UK. My expertise comes from my work as a teacher trainer, workshop facilitator, partnerships manager, academic training as a researcher, Special Education Needs and Disability (SEND) Learning Teacher and communications coordinator. I have range of high competency transferable skills which are valuable in any development organisation. I am looking for opportunities to bring forth tangible and sustainable outcomes for projects I engage with. Skilled in Interpersonal Communication, Relationship Building, Stakeholder Management, Community Outreach, Training and Development (Teachers and Youth), Qualitative Research Methods: Two major projects completed in academia using qualitative research design, Neurodiversity Expertise, SEND Support, Consultancy I thoroughly enjoy working in an inclusive enabling environment where I can work with people from diverse backgrounds.
