About my Journey - Associated with Aditya Birla Capital from - June 2022 joined as an HRBP Executive. Prior was associated with "Dhani loans & Services"(Subsidiary of India bulls) as an Sr. HRBP worked there 11 months was taking care of Uttar Pradesh, Delhi/NCR and East region. About my education - I have a Master of Business Administration degree from NMIMS, with a specialization in Human Resources Management and Services. Graduated from Delhi University - Campus of business Law. I am passionate about improving/understand the business processes and outcomes of the organizations work with, by leveraging my skills in business strategy, business development, and business process improvement. I am motivated by the challenges and opportunities that come with being a business partner and a hiring professional, and I strive to deliver high-quality results and solutions for my clients and stakeholders.
