Background

About Himanshi Sharma

I help individuals and families thrive through emotionally attuned, evidence-based counselling. Currently serving as the Counsellor and Stream Head of the Humanities Department at Euro International School, Sikar, I work at the intersection of education and mental health—supporting students, parents, and educators in building emotional resilience. My expertise lies in therapeutic counselling, client assessment, anxiety and relationship support, and behavior modification. With additional training in Access Bars, I integrate both scientific and holistic tools to support mental well-being. I’ve been invited as a speaker at national parenting webinars and served as a panelist in psychologist roundtables, contributing insights on adolescent challenges, school-based counselling, and culturally-rooted parenting practices. An awardee of the "Manovigyan Seva Ratan Puraskar" and an artist at heart, I believe in blending creativity and compassion to create space for deep, lasting transformation. My vision is to normalize conversations around mental health and empower every individual to lead with emotional strength and clarity.
