I lead end-to-end transformation programs that connect cybersecurity, ERP, CRM, finance systems, and operational governance into one clear, working operating model — not just reports or audits, but real business change.I’ve designed and reviewed security architectures across IT and OT, mapped controls across frameworks like ISO 27001, ISO 42001, NIST, PCI DSS, SOC, ISA 62443, GDPR, and beyond — and then translated these heavy standards into simple, practical workflows that small business teams can actually follow and sustain.On the execution side, I work hands-on with platforms like CyberArk, Microsoft Defender, Purview, SailPoint, ProcessUnity, Okta, Intune, Entra ID, M365, Active Directory, Power BI, and Tableau to operationalize zero trust, third-party risk, identity governance, cloud security, and cyber maturity roadmaps in a way that doesn’t overwhelm small teams.More importantly, I lead real transformation programs — aligning founders, finance teams, operations, vendors, auditors, and IT partners. I’ve built IT labs, OT labs, launched global GRC platforms, driven cybersecurity training at scale, and taken programs from strategy to live production.
