Read on- Heading the delivery and strategic relationship management for all customers of the organization- Prior to this, I set up and was heading the growing and largely profitable professional services business unit within Atypon with P&L responsibility of ~1/3rd of the organization's overall revenue- Built a Professional Services group from the ground up, bringing in new revenue of ~$15M over the course of 5 years, with healthy profit margins- Built the PMO in Atypon from the ground up, from a team of 1 to 30 colleagues - My work experience is about 25+ years in various roles ranging from development, solutions architecture, program management and executive on Software development projects (eCommerce, Publishing, Telecom verticals)- Responsible for customer satisfaction, account management and project delivery of complex projects for Atypon Systems, leading multiple projects (profitably) with annual revenue of ~$50M- Specialize in Portfolio and Programs delivery/management; with a ground-up development background - Published author of book on Project Management - Delivered projects successfully using various methodologies (Agile - SCRUM, Kanban, SAFE, Waterfall, Hybrid)- Have held multiple software development roles (tech lead, developer, Ops, Customer support etc) so I understand software development very closely. Specialties: Entire career in Client facing roles, Technical Consulting/Management, Big-5 experience, Writing Contracts (SOWs), Contract Negotiations, Change Requests, Delivery terms negotiations, Delivering large Portfolios with complex projects from Inception to Completion, Leading geographically distributed teams with cross cultural backgrounds.
