I've shipped Apple Pay, Google Pay, LPMs such as iDEAL and Klarna across 37 countries - generating millions in revenue and driving a 24% uplift in transaction volume and 66% retention.My work spans the full payments stack: Payment method integrations, surcharging, PSP integrations, payment gateway configuration, FX flow mapping, reconciliation architecture, chargeback management, and regulatory compliance (VeriFactu, regional mandates). I've led initiatives across both consumer and merchant facing apps.I define strategy, unblock engineering, run GTM, and own the number. I have led 0-1 and 1-10 initiatives such as Payment Links and surcharging, delivered Spain Tax Invoicing independently under tight compliance timelines, and reduced unreconciled transactions by 99% across all payment APIs.I'm equally at home in deep payment discovery (PSP negotiations, regulatory research, merchant interviews) and sprint-level execution (epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, launch gates), partnering across PaySales, CX, Payments Ops, and Engineering across three time zones.My journey began in an ed-tech startup, where I led a cross-functional team in tech, design, and product, bringing an idea from concept to launch.
