I am an active participant in shaping the digital asset industry and AI regulation. I teach property law at the University of Oxford, and draft and formulate crypto-asset laws for governments and international organisations. As a consultant, I also advise on legal and regulatory issues relating to artificial intelligence and digital assets. My work has been cited in Goode and Gullifer, Legal Problems of Credit and Security (7th edition, 2023), and by the Law Commission of England and Wales, the DIFC Court of Appeal, and the Supreme Court of Tasmania (Full Court).
