About Hiren Goswami

As a skilled Planning Engineer and Digital Ambassador, I have developed a strong track record of delivering projects on time and effectively managing procurement activities. Currently, I work at Larsen & Toubro Ltd, Construction as a Planning Engineer for the Gunjawani LIS Project in Pune, Maharashtra. In this role, I monitor procurement activities, verify RA Bills, and analyze procurement requirements to expedite the release of materials from vendor works. Additionally, I prepare and review contractual notices to Contractors, conduct rate analysis, and generate monthly reports to ensure the smooth execution of the project. Prior to my current position, I worked as a Planning Engineer for the SAUNI Yojana Projects in Gujarat from 2015 to 2019. During this time, I successfully completed two projects before the scheduled completion time and received the Project Completion Bonus (PCB) for my outstanding work. I also developed and shared trackers for contractual and procurement activities, managed contracts and procurement expediting for effective execution of EPC projects, prepared monthly bills for subcontractors and clients, and monitored project activities. In terms of education, I am earning a B.Tech in Construction Technology (WILP) from Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology (company sponsored). Prior to that, I earned a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (CGPA 8.4) from Govt. Polytechnic Jamnagar in June 2015 and completed high school (Percentage 84%) from Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board in March 2012. My key skills and characteristics include planning and project management, strong analytical, critical, and logical thinking, the ability to remain poised under pressure, and excellent multitasking abilities. In addition to my technical skills, I am also a Digital Ambassador, which has allowed me to hone my communication, networking, and social media management skills.
