About Hiroki Matsui

As for my career, I switched to engineering in my 30s. I started my career as a network engineer. I started with network operation and maintenance in the financial field, and also experienced network design and construction. After learning AWS on my own, I joined an InsurTech startup as an engineer in charge of cloud infrastructure. My duties included launching services using AWS infrastructure related to the company's services, using kubernetes and terraform, and then performing operations related to maintenance and operations. I have also continued to implement enhancements to the security of our cloud infrastructure. Finally, as the lead position engineer, I was also responsible for team management. I was assigned to PlatOps(After the organizational change, CloudInfraDept Platform DX group) when I joined ExaWizards. At Exawizard, I focused on platform engineering practices. Since a single group was responsible for the cloud infrastructure that served as the execution system foundation for all products, PoCs, etc, we developed the use of these infrastructures as platform services so that they would not become productivity bottlenecks in the business, and each product development team was able to easily and easily develop products with low cognitive load and self-service. In my current position, We operate multiple digital products at Globis, and we operate these common platforms as platforms. Here, I lead measures to improve the productivity of each product developer and the reliability of the product system.
