I currently support the commissioning and optimization of Air Separation Units within the Global Engineering & Construction division at Air Liquide in Japan. My work focuses on plant startup, process validation, performance testing, and operational excellence to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient facility operations. Previously, I served as a Packaging Quality Supervisor at AB InBev, the world’s largest brewery group, where I led quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives under HACCP, GMP, and SPC frameworks. I delivered measurable improvements in CO₂ recovery, water consumption, and microbiological compliance through structured problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration. I hold a Master of Science in Engineering Projects (Project Management focus) and a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering. I have also completed the Google Project Management Specialization and achieved a TOEIC score of 955/990. This background equips me to bridge technical engineering execution with structured project leadership, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement methodologies. I have professional experience in multicultural environments across Latin America and Asia, collaborating with international teams and adapting to diverse working cultures. I am trilingual in Spanish, English, and Japanese, which enables me to operate effectively in global industrial settings. Key competencies include commissioning and start-up operations, process optimization, quality systems, KPI improvement, technical troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication. My technical toolkit includes SAP, Microsoft Office Suite, Aspen HYSYS, and AutoCAD, supported by training in Lean methodologies, SPC, and industrial safety practices.
