Current work is developing metadata database management systems, data repository management systems, and data platform management systems for life science field, for instance, SSBD:database/repository (Systems Science Biological Dynamics database/repository), (Worm Developmental Dynamics Database) at RIKEN Center for Biosystems Dynamics Research. I also have experiences research, education, software development and IT system administration in research institutes, universities.
