SUMMARY OF EXPERIENCE: Over 38 years experience in civil / structural design, primarily in the design of heavy industrial facilities for oil and gas plants and petrochemical projects. Experience in the design for structural steel and concrete pipe racks, vertical vessels foundations, horizontal vessels foundations, storage tanks foundation, control buildings design and other buildings. Experience in developing civil and structural specifications and standard detailss for oil and gas projects including petrochemical plants. Experienced in representing the Owner in reviewing PRE-FEED, FEED and EPC detail designs for oil and gas and petrochemical projects. Worked as Lead Civil Engineer and a member of the Owner's PMT (Saudi Aramco/DOW CHEMICAL) on the PRE-FEED/FEED/EPC team for a major petrochemical facility (SADARA Project with a cost of 20 Billion Dollars). Spent 1 1/2 years in Madrid - Spain reviewing EPC work for 8 plants (total of 3 major projetcs) for Sadara Project.
