This rapid progression taught me invaluable lessons in team building, mentoring juniors, and fostering a culture of knowledge sharing. I developed strong problem-solving skills, became adept at incident response, and honed my ability to drive change management, all while ensuring client satisfaction, meeting SLAs, and maintaining high team performance. These experiences were transformative moments that shaped the leader I am today. As my career progressed, I transitioned into Operations and managerial roles in Middleware Application Support. Leading high-performing teams, consistently meeting SLAs, and exceeding client expectations became second nature. With each new challenge, I embraced opportunities to refine my skills, take on greater responsibility, and guide my teams toward success.
