I am a software engineer with accomplishments in transportation and delivery tech, 4+ years of financial industry knowledge, and 17+ years of volunteering educator and administrator experience. I bring to the job an all-in-ownership mindset focused on delivering impact and wowing customers by leveraging my strengths in communication, teamwork, and collaboration. I go the extra mile to drive clarity and alignment at the team and cross-team levels. I care deeply about user experience and dive deep into fixing issues related to reliability and consistency. I take feedback seriously and constantly improve my technical skills by carefully considering implementation tradeoffs and delivering readable, functional and fully tested codes.My values and beliefs-I believe in self-motivation and determination-I get excited about learning new things-I believe in getting things done-I believe in the power of brainstorming ideas and getting constructive feedback from other people-I tackle problems by identifying the root causes-I complete big complicated tasks by dividing them into small feasible tasks-I ask questions. For me, it's the best way to learn and grow-I am learning to get comfortable with the unknown.
