RF Product Design, Development & Test- Over 15 years of hands-on experience in circuit and system design of fibre optics transmission system (SATCOM/CATV & SONET) and in wireless products such as WiMAX (RF Transceiver, CPE & BS), RF Point-to-Point Radio, Cellular wireless (CDMA & LTE)- Practical Design experience in RF/analogue mixed circuits such as MODEM, AGC, Up/Down converters, Filters and amplifiers and system line up- Engineering qualification testing and certification of digital, analogue mixed, and wireless products ** NPI and Volume Boost at Contract Manufacturing- Over 5 years of working experience with Asian CM’s (China, Taiwan, Thailand, Malaysia)- Provide test solutions & processes for Contract Manufacturers (CM) in a high-volume manufacturing environment (P-t-P Radio, WiFi 802.11 CPE & WiMAX mobile BS and CPE)- Drive process improvements to attain product yield up to 97% within 6 months from product launch- Drive CM quality through continuous improvement Installation, Wireless Product Test and Compliance- 5 years of field experience in the wireless industry (GSM & CDMA): site survey and network coverage- Provide Field support and troubleshooting to installation/field service engineers and to customers- Provide test verification, test plan and compliance (FCC, ETSI, CTITT, UL CE…)* SIMULATION TOOLS: AWR (microwave office), ADS (EESof), Ansoft Designer, dBPlaner, PSPICE.* DESIGN & APPLICATION TOOLS: OrCAD & PAD; Cadence; EDRS, Microsoft project/VISIO, Excel.etc.* LAB TOOLS: Vector Network Analyzer, Spectrum Analyzer, Scope, VSA, SigGEN with personality, OSA, BER test set & Logic Analyzer.etc.
