Hoda Naim Career Coach, performance optimization and vision building for leaders, youth, and fresh graduates, Founder and Managing Director for Vacancy SARL, with 18 years of experience in Management, Human resources recruitment, customized training programs for large corporations. She opened Vacancy SARL in 2012 and has since been growing and refining her strategies for small and medium-sized organizations. Vacancy Sarl Focus on the following services : Business and HR consultancy, training and development, recruitment, and leadership customized training programs. Hoda has a bachelor of science in Business Administration, SPHR (Senior Professional HR certification from LAU University, Lebanon ), A Leadership certified trainer from LMI international from USA Texas Waco, Certified Life Coach from ICC (INTERNATIONAL COACHING COUNSEL), and BCI (Behavioral Coaching INSTITUTE). Hoda’s career management, coaching, and the training experience was gained after years of being in charge of the HR departments and working closely with candidates, senior managers in different companies like Malik's bookshop, ABC Achrafieh Mall, International Health Resources (recruitment for Doctors and Nurses for Aramco, Kingfaisal hospital, National Guards, etc.), Medi Resto F&B Company, and Maroun Chedid SAL Company. Hoda’s areas of expertise are interpersonal skills, communication, and career coaching. As a leadership trainer and career coach she put her personal and rich experience gained from leading teams and individuals and put it all together to create a career and leadership program that is given to many levels starting from youth, fresh graduates, mid-level managers, and executives. To help the candidates and fresh graduates she created a youtube channel called Hodatalks for very short audio tips that help the candidates gets prepared for interviews by helping them write a proper cv, physical appearance, and communication skills. In addition to the educational and business role she plays in society, Hoda plays an active role at the personal and lifestyle level. She is an animal rescuer and animal rights advocate she does a lot of volunteering activities to save the life and dignity of animals in Lebanon. She is also a member of the Woman Leadership council, an NGO that works hard to enrich the role of the Lebanese woman in business.
