About Hogan Sullins

I have an analytical skill-set paired perfectly with a creative mind. Nothing is more rewarding than seeing a problem efficiently solved with an aesthetically pleasing solution. As a new product development engineer, I get to ensure the ideas that look great on paper will make sense under the constraints of the real world. From initial design to final prototype, every step of the process faces new challenges that keeps my job exciting. Before my current role, I was fortunate to have been selected for a management training program in the construction supply-chain industry that allowed me to balance my tool box, pun intended. My management role taught me a lot about working with others, management styles, and the power of effective communication. To me, these are priceless lessons that can't be simulated in the classroom. Although two very different worlds, my industry experiences have curated a well-rounded repertoire that centers around my Bachelor of Science degree focused in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M University.
