Many years of experience as a team leader and subject matter expert in the help desk for the European Supply Chain Management System of Adam Opel AG, interacting with service providers and dealers as well as with development departments in Germany and abroad. Successful in implementing different projects, for example for the definition, analysis and presentation of KPIs, the provision of service and campaign information from various subsystems via web services and the calculation of dealer bonuses for marketing campaigns. With ISTQB Foundation Certificate and hands-on experience in requirements management, planning and implementation of systems and user testing, creating user manuals and conducting training to both team members and customers.
