About Holland Eagan

Six things about me as a professional without sounding like a robot:1. I adore creative problem solving. Give me a good obstacle and I will cherish the moments thinking of how to overcome it. Some ideas may be good, some bad and ideally one will work!2. Many have told me I am an optimist, but I call it adaptable. I am not shaken easily at work and can change plans to tackle a project, focusing on our goal rather than what went wrong. Organization is key. I love taking lots of data and organizing it until I can read it and make sense of large amounts of information. I color code pretty much everything, which helps in the overall organization.4. Reading is my biggest passion. This is an important point to make as it shows I am open to learning, always changing and reading is shown to enhance imagination as well as empathy.5. My career path has felt like a game of pinball with unexpected turns, surprises and a good amount of learning on the go. I have worked in the fashion, medical and publishing industries finding joy in what every one has to offer.6. I am a team player. My combination of extroverted skills and empathy allows me to work with many, enjoying a job well done by many.
