With a diverse background in operations management and project coordination, I achieved significant milestones as Interim Operations Manager and Marketing Project Manager at the Youth Development Company, where I streamlined workflows and established standard operating procedures. Notably, I planned and created two natural playgrounds. As the Director of Operations at Drawing Children Into Reading, I oversaw essential operational functions, including bookkeeping, inventory management, and vendor coordination, to ensure the effective execution of marketing initiatives. This resulted in substantial growth in outreach and curriculum adoption. Prior to this, as a Project Manager, successful communication strategies were implemented, leading to the creation of impactful print and digital promotional materials, engaging multimedia content, and enhanced online presence through website development.
