About Holley Rouse

My strong music background includes: vocal, choral, and piano performance; beginning to intermediate level proficiency in many instruments; conducting; and composing. I was a teaching assistant for freshman music theory at Furman University where I was also involved with Sigma Alpha Iota (SAI), a national women’s music fraternity. I was on our SAI chapter’s Executive Board as Recording Secretary for the 2008-2009 school year and headed the Receptions Committee for fall semester 2008. I am highly organized and have excellent office and computer skills with experience in both Windows and Macintosh environments. I work well independently and as part of a team, which is enhanced by my excellent people and communication skills. A skills resume can be provided upon request. I served as a Candidate Representative on the CAS' Candidate Liaison Committee, recently renamed the Candidate Advocate Working Group. Currently working towards my ACAS designation. Specialties: voice (solo and choral work), composition, music type-setting (Finale and Sibelius), teaching/tutoring music theory, teaching piano or voice lessons, data entry, data analysis, math tutoring
