As the Manager of Outpatient Therapy at Atrium Behavioral Health, I lead a diverse team of psychotherapists and support them in providing compassionate and effective mental health services to our clients. With several years of experience as a psychotherapist, I have a deep understanding of the challenges facing individuals and families struggling with mental health issues. In my previous roles as an outpatient and inpatient psychotherapist, I honed my skills in evidence-based therapies, crisis intervention, and collaborative care. I am passionate about helping people access the care they need and fostering a supportive work environment for mental health professionals. I am committed to ongoing learning and professional development, and am always looking for opportunities to expand my knowledge and skills.
