About Hollie Evans

A Post Graduate Student navigating her way through the world of marketing. With a first class honours degree in Sound and Video technology, A professional diploma in digital marketing and a passion for all things events. After graduating mid pandemic my chances of progressing into my dream industry in a technician position were looking pretty bleak as everything events had ground to a halt, this is where my new found interest for marketing began. Upon completing my degree I moved back to my home town and was on the hunt for an opportunity to broaden my social media marketing skills in readiness for when the events industry bounced back from the pandemic. In summer 2021 I obtained a position working at a leading luxury estate agency in Poole as their social media manager and developed my knowledge and experience as well as completing a professional diploma in digital marketing with the Digital Marketing Institute. In summer 2022 I was offered the perfect position working as the marketing coordinator for Cinemattag productions in Poole. A growing lighting, AV design and production company centered around creating immersive events you can see, hear and feel. From then on I have been developing my skills, developing our company marketing strategy as well as providing technical support on incredible events such as theatrical shows, dance shows, weddings, corporate events, private parties and more.
