As a Licensed Insurance Agent at Town & Country Insurance, I help clients find the best coverage for their needs and budget. I have a strong background in personal insurance, such as auto, home, life, and health, and I am proficient in using various software and tools to quote, process, and manage policies. Before joining Town & Country, I worked as an Outreach Specialist at Upper Des Moines Opportunity, where I provided family services and community outreach to low-income and vulnerable populations. I also have a year of experience as a Social Worker at the Fort Dodge Villa, where I handled admissions, discharge planning, and PASRR regulations for the facility. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Human Services from Buena Vista University, where I learned the principles and practices of human behavior, mental health, and social welfare. I also obtained a certification as a Strenghthening Families Instructor from Children's Justice of Iowa in 2018. I am passionate about helping people and making a positive difference in their lives. I have excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, and I am always eager to learn and grow.
